- Serve as a SharePoint and Confluence site administrator, managing user access and permissions
- Support program reporting and compliance by coordinating feedback and formatting deliverables

- Interact with customers and internal stakeholders, drafting communications related to program events
- Bachelor of Arts/Bachelor of Science or equivalent combination of education and experience
- Minimum of 2 years of related experience
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office and familiarity with Jira
- Effective organization and communication skills, with a self-starter attitude
- Must be clearable for a CMS public trust
- Experience with Confluence and SharePoint administration
- Familiarity with Agile methodologies and Scrum practices
- Knowledge of program management certifications such as PMP, ITIL, or Six Sigma
- Experience using GenAI prompts to expedite work tasks
