Responsibilities and Qualifications- Systematics FMS Expertise (15-20+ years).
- Proven Business Analyst project/job experience in the following areas:
- Conversion experience (5+). (Mapping expertise.)
- Proven ability to create BRDs based on Client input.
- Proven ability to lead other BAs.
- Proven SME/providing guidance to Client.
- Prior experience building test plans, conducting testing.
- Prior Client facing roles.
- Proven agile experience, experience with JIRA.
- Specialized Skillsets required:
- Know ‘Monarch’ system.
- Know how to ‘strip data’.
- Know how ‘APIs’ work.
- Strong finance background.
- Strong deposits/IM knowledge.
Applications will be accepted until February 24th 2026. The annual salary for this position is between $130- $150K depending on experience and other qualifications of the successful candidate.
This position is also eligible for Cognizant’s discretionary annual incentive program, based on performance and subject to the terms of Cognizant’s applicable plans.
