Job Description

Infosys is seeking an Infor LN Manufacturing and Logistics Functional Sr. Consultant with knowledge and experience in Manufacturing & Planning domain. The position will primarily be responsible for implementation and supporting Infor LN 10.8 version. The selected candidate should be able to understand business processes and requirements, map them to Infor LN, as well as identify and address any gaps. The position will manage tickets, resolve end‑user issues, handle product enhancement or modification requests, and perform necessary configuration updates and testing.

The role also involves collaborating with customer process consultants and SMEs, conducting root cause analyses when needed, and driving process improvements.

  . This position may require relocation and/or travel to client/project location.
• Bachelor’s degree or foreign equivalent required from an accredited institution. Will also consider three years of progressive experience in the specialty in lieu of every year of education.
• At least 4 years of Information Technology experience
• In order to comply with legal requirements, this role is limited to “U.S. persons” as defined by 22 C.F.R. §120.15. U.S. persons include U.S. citizens, U.S. Lawful Permanent Residents, and certain refugees and asylees.
• 3 years of experience in Infor LN 10.4 Manufacturing modules.
• Proven experience in issue resolution, root cause analysis, and recommending solutions to complex problems
• Strong understanding of software engineering practices and various business processes

• Good Understanding of various business processes in manufacturing domain.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills
• Experience and desire to work closely with customers.

The job entails sitting as well as working at a computer for extended periods of time. Should be able to communicate by telephone, email or face to face. Travel may be required as per the job requirements.
