• Lead end-to-end qualitative and quantitative design research for early-stage exploratory projects
• Provide thought leadership and frameworks that connect research findings to business and product strategy
• Distill complex data into clear, actionable narratives for senior executives and cross-functional teams
• Collaborate with Product and Design to rapidly test new hypotheses through prototypes and MVPs
• Represent the voice of the customer in discussions to inspire innovative solutions

• 5+ years of experience in design research, user research, or a related field, preferably in innovation or new product development
• Proven track record of leading ambiguous research programs in fast-paced, high-growth tech environments
• Mastery of various research methods, including ethnography and contextual inquiry
• Experience with both qualitative and quantitative data analysis and execution
• Exceptional communication, storytelling, and influence skills with an executive presence

• Experience working with AI/ML technology and customer engagement platforms
• Experience in trust, security, or fraud prevention
• Experience guiding innovation in a multi-sided platform environment
• Portfolio or case studies showcasing impact on breakthrough products or business opportunities
