• Lead product requirements to build and enhance the data platform
• Drive priority initiatives across various organizations and stakeholders
• Understand customer needs for operational and analytical purposes and execute feature delivery on the data pipeline
• Craft and deliver a vision for the data substrate and primitives, collaborating with product managers and engineering teams
• Manage delivery, outcomes, adoption, cost management, and long-term platform health

• Minimum of 10 years of product management experience in a fast-paced environment
• Strong background in Data Lakes, Data Streaming, and Event logging, with experience in low latency data delivery
• Experience with data platforms, customer engagement platforms, or streaming applications
• Technical proficiency in cloud technologies, APIs, enterprise software, data reliability, and ETL techniques
• Customer-oriented approach with the ability to articulate a vision to solve challenges

• Collaborative approach with experience working in distributed, cross-functional teams
• Excellent communication skills, comfortable presenting to both technical and non-technical audiences
• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or equivalent experience
