the salary range for this position is $69,591.89 to $ for schedule a, and $69,591.89 to $ for schedule b. for newly hired individuals, the starting salary will normally be at the minimum of the salary range. For current judiciary employees, salary upon promotion or advancement will be an increase of 5% of base salary, not to exceed the maximum of the range, or the minimum salary of the band/level, whichever is greater.

Judiciary employees hired prior to june 3, 2014, are considered schedule a. Newly hired individuals, and judiciary employees hired on or after june 3, 2014, are considered schedule b.

the information technology division of the new jersey judiciary, burlington vicinage, has an opportunity for an experienced it professional seeking a career in a fast-paced and cutting-edge technical environment. Under the direction of the information technology division manager (court executive 2b) or designee, the successful candidate should have strong leadership, communication, writing, and technical skills as well as being a mentor to other it staff.

The selected candidate will also provide training and presentations to both it and non-technical staff and must be proficient using the microsoft office suite.

remote work
: the judiciary currently offers a hybrid work schedule, and this position may qualify for up to 3 days of remote work outside of judiciary buildings. To participate in this program, in addition to installing a multifactor authentication app on your phone or tablet, you will be required to have high speed home internet access.

the selected candidate must have experience providing high level end-user support on pcs, printers, and other it related equipment as well as the microsoft office application suite. The candidate must be proficient in managing windows servers and active directory which includes user account administration and provisioning using industry standard administrative tools. Experience with group policies and general network security using mfa is essential.

Candidate must be able to support audio/video technology equipment for custom in-person, virtual, and hybrid courtroom sessions using zoom and ms teams. The individual will be responsible for developing and supporting sharepoint sites as well as mobile devices. Candidate will participate in project work for both existing and new technologies as well as preparing and maintaining documentation regarding applications, operational procedures, and overall technology related information for staff and end-users.

The selected candidate will assist with upgrades and installations that may require off-hours / weekend work, and will also participate in rotational weekend remote technical support for cjr virtual courtroom.
