• work in agile project environments to deliver software development and IT consulting projects for global aviation companies
• analyze existing business processes and actively contribute to their further development and optimization
• support and drive consulting projects with a strong focus on data integration, data management, and data processing
• translate product management requirements and solution concepts into detailed specifications, project documentation, and implementation plans
• plan, design, and facilitate customer meetings and workshops
• take end-to-end responsibility for budget tracking and schedule adherence throughout project execution
• act as a trusted expert and interface between customers and internal development teams

• have initial professional experience in IT consulting, software projects, or the aviation industry, ideally with exposure to project management
• have strong analytical skills and the ability to quickly understand complex technical and business-related topics
• bring a customer-oriented mindset with a clear focus on delivering practical, high-quality solutions
• demonstrate excellent organizational skills combined with a proactive, solution-driven attitude
• communicate confidently in German and English, both written and spoken
• have a strong interest in Business Intelligence, data management, and aviation-related topics
