- Develops and programs integrated software algorithms to structure, analyze and leverage structured and unstructured data in product and systems applications. Work with large scale computing frameworks, data analysis systems, and modeling environments.
- Use machine learning and statistical modeling techniques to improve product/system performance, data management, quality, and accuracy. Formulate descriptive, diagnostic, predictive and prescriptive insights/algorithms and translate technical specifications into code. Apply, optimize and scale deep learning technologies and algorithms to give computers the capability to visualize, learn and respond to complex situations. Document procedures for installation and maintenance, complete programming, perform testing and debugging, define and monitor performance metrics.
- Contribute to the success of HPE by translating customer requirements and industry trends into AI/ML products, solutions, and systems improvement projects.
- Collaborate across multiple teams to brainstorm, design, and develop solutions to business problems.
- Prioritize integrations and help ensure capacity planning with engineering managers.
- Lead larger integration efforts and provide updates to the team leadership on progress and challenges (may lead).
- Kubernetes experience
- Strong computer networking skills (HTTP, TLS)
- Bachelors or higher in CS or related field and 2 years of experience OR 7 years of experience
- One year of professional experience in a backend programming language (Go or Python preferred)
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Experience building scripts and workflows around LLMs
- Familiarity with AI tooling on Kubernetes (Lang Chain, Lang Flow, Spark, Airflow, Kubeflow, MLFlow, KServe, Ray)
- Experience building RAGs
- Experience using or building MCP Servers
- 2+ years of technical leadership experience
