AI Architect - US; Remote

Job Summary

Remote position. As an AI Architect at Avanade, you will design and develop scalable AI and Gen AI solutions aligned to business strategy and benefits, act as a technical advisor and subject‑matter expert (SME), partner globally to support sales, solutioning, and delivery, and help clients accelerate business outcomes.

• Translate business requirements into technical solutions, guiding sales, project, and cross‑functional teams with architectural expertise.
• Develop overall solution plans and strategic vision for AI and Gen AI, providing a comprehensive roadmap that includes risks, assumptions, and end‑to‑end estimates.
• Build relationships with Regional Sales and Practice Leads, and collaborate with Solution Architects and Industry Leads to promote assets that meet clients’ needs while balancing cost, capability, and risk.
• Engage with clients’ business and technology teams to deliver outstanding technical solutions that drive business outcomes.
• Support internal Avanade assets and engineering projects to sustain our differentiated market approach.
• Partner globally to design, engineer, and implement AI solutions; develop assets; grow talent; and enable clients to scale their AI programs.

• Proficiency in building AI solutions that provide comprehensive insights and accurate analysis for business success.
• Experience and passion for Conversational AI, solution design, and custom speech models.
• Fluency in RAG, NLP, and CLU with the ability to leverage these technologies in client solutions.
• Familiarity with Copilot Studio, automation capabilities, agent creation, and the roadmap toward Agentic AI; able to advise clients on strategy.
• Strong business insight combined with architectural expertise to translate strategy into scalable, repeatable solutions.
• Ability to act as a SME and software engineer, working closely with cross‑functional teams and clients through sales, solutioning, and delivery.
