• Code and send mission‑critical emails that raise funds and promote social change

• Up to 3 years of experience, including internships and part‑time work
• Initiative and good judgment to resolve issues
• Ability to work closely with various teams and stakeholders
• Experience coding in HTML and CSS for email or web
• Proficiency in Excel or other spreadsheet and data‑processing software

• Experience with mass emailing systems such as Mailchimp, Every Action/NGP, or Salesforce Marketing Cloud
• Knowledge of setting up digital user experience tests, such as email A/B tests
