We’re seeking a highly driven technology professional who thrives at the intersection of AI, cloud-native systems, and automation
. This contract role focuses on designing and delivering intelligent solutions that modernize complex operating environments and unlock measurable business value.
You’ll bring deep technical expertise and a strategic mindset, partnering closely with both technical and non-technical teams to move beyond legacy constraints and deliver scalable, production-ready AI solutions.
What You’ll Do Process Transformation- Rapidly understand complex, high-impact operational workflows (including those with governance or oversight considerations)
- Redesign processes using an outcome-driven, “end-state first” methodology enabled by modern AI and automation
- Own high-priority AI initiatives from concept and feasibility through deployment and operational adoption
- Translate business objectives into scalable, production-grade technical solutions
- Act as the primary technical liaison across Operations, Engineering, Data, Risk, and Governance teams
- Drive alignment across senior stakeholders and delivery teams to prioritize initiatives that deliver the strongest business outcomes
- Define and track KPIs tied to performance, quality, cost efficiency, scalability, and reliability
- Ensure AI initiatives demonstrate tangible and sustained ROI
- Embed ethical, explainable, and auditable AI practices into solution design
- Ensure deployments meet enterprise standards for transparency, data integrity, and risk management
- Location: Atlanta, GA
- Work Model: Hybrid (3 days onsite / 2 remote)
- Exceptional candidates may be considered for fully remote work (EST hours)
- Strong understanding of modern AI architectures, including Large Language Models (LLMs), Retrieval-Augmented Generation (RAG), and domain-specific model optimization
- Hands-on experience deploying AI solutions in cloud environments (GCP preferred)
- Solid foundation in MLOps practices including CI/CD, monitoring, versioning, and lifecycle management
- Experience working with complex data ecosystems, multi-system integrations, and near-real-time data flows
- Familiarity with delivering AI solutions in environments with regulatory, compliance, or audit considerations
- Proven ability to redesign complex workflows using modern technology
- Demonstrated success leading enterprise-scale digital or AI transformations
- Ability to drive initiatives from business case to production
- Comfortable influencing senior leaders and navigating matrixed organizations
- Technical depth to challenge architectural decisions across AI, data, and platform teams
- Experience designing advanced AI workflows or agent-based systems
- Strong business acumen with a focus on ROI, risk, and prioritization
- Thrive in ambiguity and fast-changing environments
- Advanced degree (MBA or similar) or equivalent strategic leadership experience is a plus
- Must be authorized to work in the U.S.
