• Maintain and improve existing eligibility and claims data integration feeds
• Conduct in-depth data analysis and error reporting to validate feed performance and troubleshoot discrepancies
• Collaborate with external feed providers to gather technical requirements, map files, test integrations, and resolve issues
• Contribute to the continuous improvement of internal tools, documentation, and processes
• Serve as a key point of contact for external partners, including health insurance carriers and benefits administrators

• 0 - 5 years of experience with healthcare data, including eligibility and claims file formats (e.g., EDI 834, 837)
• Familiarity with data integration protocols such as SFTP and encryption standards (e.g., PGP)
• Strong communication skills with experience working cross-functionally and externally
• Analytical mindset with attention to detail and problem-solving skills
• A proactive, collaborative approach to complex work

• Experience working with file transformation/mapping
• Passion for transforming healthcare and improving outcomes for members and clients
• Willingness to engage in hands‑on work within a high-performing team
