Job Summary: The Pharmacy Accounts Receivable Support Representative plays a key role in supporting Script Pro’s Financial Advantage initiative. In this position, you will work within customers’ pharmacy reconciliation platforms to manage prescription transaction payment processing, oversee accounts receivable activities, ensure compliance, generate reports, and help resolve issues as they arise. Success in this role requires strong attention to detail, effective collaboration, and a solid understanding of pharmacy‑related financial processes.

Reporting Relationship: Manager, Pharmacy Services Operations

Shift: Monday through Friday 8am to 5pm CST. This role is primarily performed remotely, though Kansas City Metro employees may have on-campus requirements according to business need. Generally, all positions may be performed on-campus. Regular, punctual, and predictable attendance is an essential function of every job at Script Pro.

• Establish and maintain effective relationships with customers and insurance payers
• Monitor and manage the import of client sales transmissions
• Retrieve, download, and input payment file data
• Monitor and import daily deposit data
• Reconcile payments and remittance details
• Investigate and resolve payment exceptions
• Provide responsive and professional customer service
• Collaborate with other team members and customers to ensure data accuracy and timely issue resolution
• Maintain documentation of processes and procedures to support consistency and compliance
• Identify opportunities for process improvement and contribute to system enhancements
• Ensure adherence to HIPAA and other regulatory requirements related to patient and payment data
• Perform additional duties and support projects as assigned

• Bachelor’s degree preferred
• 3+ years of experience in a retail pharmacy technician
• Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and familiarity with other Microsoft Office applications
• Ability to manage and organize data files
• Strong problem-solving skills
• Strong written and verbal communication skills
• Ability to prioritize tasks and manage time effectively in a deadline-driven environment
• Pharmacy experience preferred

• Must have high-speed reliable internet access with a hard-wired connection
• Must have a distraction free home office workspace
• Must be willing to participate in video virtual meetings (camera on)
