Senior UI/UX Designer - Remote - Figma

Randstad Digital Switzerland is looking for a Senior UI/UX Expert to lead the design and structural definition of a high-profile platform for one of our key clients.

As a key consultant on this short project, you will bridge the gap between high-level user experience and technical data integrity. Your focus will be on creating a semi-functional, interactive platform that handles complex global intellectual property workflows.

• Architecting UX:
  Designing interactive prototypes and mock-ups in Figma, utilizing Figma Make and AI to push boundaries.
• Data Modeling:
  Defining the data element structure and mapping all relational tables (using MS Visio).
• Strategic Definition:
  Collaborating with stakeholders to define all applicable use cases for the platform.
• Project Governance:
  Maintaining a detailed workplan, delivering weekly status reports, and finalizing a comprehensive project end report.

We are looking for a rare hybrid: a creative powerhouse with the logical mind of a database engineer.

• Education:
  
  Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, or a related field.
• Design Mastery:
  Expert-level proficiency in Figma (including AI-driven design tools) and diagramming tools like MS Visio or Draw.io.
• Data Fluency:
  Deep experience in designing logical data relationships and relational databases.
• Experience:
  
  Minimum 5 years as a UX/UI Designer, with at least 3 years specifically focused on product/software development and data structures.
• Communication:
  Fluent in English with the ability to present complex technical concepts to diverse stakeholders.

Bonus Points:

You have a proven track record of designing systems that link complex data across multiple large-scale organizations.
