The RoleWe are seeking an experienced Azure Dev Ops Engineer to design and deliver end-to-end technology solutions that drive real business value.
This is a field-based role across the UK, offering the opportunity to play a key role in shaping the organisation's future technology landscape.
You will act as a technical leader, governing solution design, defining architecture strategy, and ensuring secure, scalable, and cost-effective implementations aligned with business goals.
Key Responsibilities:Cloud & Architecture
- Design secure, scalable, and cost-efficient cloud architectures using Microsoft Azure
- Define and govern architectural standards and best practices
- Implement Dev Ops practices including CI/CD pipelines
- Deliver Infrastructure as Code (IaC) solutions
- Support containerisation and modern deployment strategies
- Contribute to data architecture strategy
- Work with Azure analytics platforms such as Power BI, Synapse, and Microsoft Fabric
- Design APIs, microservices, and modern integration patterns
- Embed a security-first mindset across all solutions
- Implement IAM, RBAC, and ensure GDPR compliance
- Act as a key contributor to the digital transformation programme
- Lead technical strategy and influence long-term architecture decisions
- Strong hands-on experience with Microsoft Azure
- Proven expertise in APIs, microservices, and modern integration approaches
- Demonstrated experience implementing Dev Ops, CI/CD, and Infrastructure as Code
- Experience working within complex enterprise environments
- Strong stakeholder engagement and communication skills
