Azure Devops Engineer

We are seeking an experienced Azure Dev Ops Engineer to design and deliver end-to-end technology solutions that drive real business value.

This is a field-based role across the UK, offering the opportunity to play a key role in shaping the organisation's future technology landscape.

You will act as a technical leader, governing solution design, defining architecture strategy, and ensuring secure, scalable, and cost-effective implementations aligned with business goals.

• Design secure, scalable, and cost-efficient cloud architectures using Microsoft Azure
• Define and govern architectural standards and best practices

• Implement Dev Ops practices including CI/CD pipelines
• Deliver Infrastructure as Code (IaC) solutions
• Support containerisation and modern deployment strategies

• Contribute to data architecture strategy
• Work with Azure analytics platforms such as Power BI, Synapse, and Microsoft Fabric
• Design APIs, microservices, and modern integration patterns

• Embed a security-first mindset across all solutions
• Implement IAM, RBAC, and ensure GDPR compliance

• Act as a key contributor to the digital transformation programme
• Lead technical strategy and influence long-term architecture decisions

• Strong hands-on experience with Microsoft Azure
• Proven expertise in APIs, microservices, and modern integration approaches
• Demonstrated experience implementing Dev Ops, CI/CD, and Infrastructure as Code
• Experience working within complex enterprise environments
• Strong stakeholder engagement and communication skills
