Job Description & How to Apply Below
We're looking for a skilled and motivated Penetration Tester to join our cybersecurity team. You'll be responsible for leading and delivering security engagements end-to-end — from scoping and kick‑off through testing, reporting, and debrief. If you thrive on deep technical challenges and love breaking things to make them stronger, this role is for you.
What You'll Do- Conduct penetration testing across web applications, mobile applications, networks, and infrastructure using both automated tools and manual techniques.
- Identify, exploit, and clearly document security vulnerabilities across diverse environments.
- Write thorough, professional reports with actionable remediation recommendations, incorporating feedback to continuously improve quality.
- Manage the full engagement lifecycle: kick‑off calls, testing execution, wrap‑up calls, and client debriefs.
- Collaborate with internal teams and clients to scope engagements and provide technical presales support where needed.
- Stay current on the latest security trends, attack techniques, tools, and industry developments.
- Mentor junior team members and contribute to a culture of knowledge‑sharing.
- Proven experience in penetration testing and ethical hacking (minimum 3 years preferred).
- Strong proficiency in at least one area: web application, infrastructure, or mobile application testing.
- Hands‑on experience with industry tools such as Burp Suite, Metasploit, Nmap, and similar.
- Solid understanding of network protocols, operating systems, and web technologies.
- Ability to communicate complex technical findings clearly — whether to engineers or C‑level executives.
- Strong written communication and documentation skills.
- Ability to work independently while collaborating effectively within a team.
- A degree in Computer Science, Information Security, or a related technical discipline.
- Relevant certifications such as OSCP, CREST CRT/CCT, CEH, CISSP, or cloud security credentials (AWS Security Specialty, Azure AZ‑500).
- Experience with source code review, exploit development, reverse engineering, or cloud penetration testing.
- Background in software development, networking, or system administration.
- Active participation in the security community — CTFs, open‑source tool development, blog contributions, or conference talks.
- Familiarity with standards such as NIST, PCI DSS, ISO 27001, or OWASP.
- Competitive salary and performance‑based bonuses.
- Professional development support and certification reimbursement.
- Remote working arrangement with provided office space for those who need it.
- A collaborative, inclusive environment where continuous learning is encouraged.
- Exposure to a wide range of clients and industries.
- Clear career progression paths across technical and leadership tracks.
