Key Responsibilities- Lead design, development, and implementation of scalable Salesforce solutions
- Serve as the Salesforce Health Cloud Subject Matter Expert (Healthcare domain experience required)
- Provide hands-on development using Apex, LWC, SOQL, Flows, and integrations
- Develop and configure Omni Studio components (OmniScripts, Integration Procedures, Data Raptors, Flex Cards)
- Oversee CI/CD processes using Copado (version control and deployment automation)
- Mentor and support developers through code reviews and best practice enforcement
- Collaborate with architects, product owners, and stakeholders to translate requirements into technical solutions
- Ensure adherence to Salesforce governance, security, and performance standards
- Support deployment planning and release management activities
- Contribute to documentation and knowledge-sharing initiatives
- 10+ years of Salesforce platform experience
- 4+ years of hands-on Salesforce Health Cloud implementation experience
- Strong expertise in:
Salesforce (Apex, LWC, SOQL, Flows, Integrations) - Health Cloud
- Omni Studio (OmniScripts, Integration Procedures, Data Raptors, Flex Cards)
- Copado (CI/CD, Version Control, Deployment Automation)
- Proven experience in a Development Lead or Technical Lead role
- Strong communication and stakeholder management skills
