This is a rare opportunity for a growth-minded individual to join a fast-growing organization and help set up its data culture. As Manager of Data and Analytics, you will work closely with internal business partners across the organization on reporting and analysis tasks.

• Develop scalable and automated reporting and analytics solutions and performance monitoring tools for the end user
• Analyze performance, identify trends from data, find new opportunities and address ad-hoc data requests
• Build and maintain cross-functional partnerships directly with key stakeholders across engineering, product, finance, sales and marketing
• Evangelize and facilitate the use of data, including standardized KPIs and consistent measurement methodologies
• Present project ideas and results to multiple levels of leadership with effective presentation and visualization
• Utilize modern data tools such as dbt and Looker to clean and organize data

• Technical degree in computer science, engineering, or a related field
• 5+ years' experience in data analysis, data science, statistics, or related field
• Strong analytical skills with the ability to collect, organize, analyze, and disseminate significant amounts of information with attention to detail and accuracy
• Ability to understand, translate, and map business questions into analysis tasks and projects
• Ability to work independently while interacting with multiple business teams and stakeholders
• Experience training end-users on new reports and dashboards
• Expertise in SQL, Power
  
  BI, Snowflake, or similar technologies
• Experience with statistical analysis, regression modeling and forecasting, and time series analysis
• Understanding of data warehousing technologies
• Experience in financial services is a strong plus, including financial and compliance related reporting

The salary for this role starts at $90,000 USD. In addition, this position will also receive an annual target bonus of 8%. Bonus pay at Ninja Trader is based on individual performance (50%) as well as company/team performance (50%). Salary and bonus earnings are only two components of the total compensation package offered by Ninja Trader. Ninja Trader offers a 401K plan through ADP under which the company will match up to 3.5% of employee contributions.

Annual paid time off allowance accrues at a rate of 18 days per year (some positions may qualify for more) plus seven paid holidays.

This role is based in Chicago, IL. We are not open to remote candidates for this role.

Hybrid:
For Chicago-based employees, we follow a hybrid work schedule:
In-office Tuesday through Thursday, with remote work on Mondays and Fridays. In addition to these weekly remote days, we offer:
