Data Analyst, Digital Marketing
The Content Analyst is responsible for evaluating, optimizing, and reporting on content performance across digital channels. This role analyzes engagement metrics, audience behavior, and content effectiveness to inform strategic decisions and improve overall content quality and impact. The Content Analyst collaborates with marketing, product, design, and data teams to ensure content aligns with business objectives in a fully remote environment.

Key ResponsibilitiesAnalyze content performance metrics across web, email, social media, and other digital platforms
Develop dashboards and reports to track engagement, conversion, and audience trends
Identify content gaps, opportunities, and optimization strategies
Conduct competitive and market content analysis
Collaborate with writers, designers, and marketers to improve content effectiveness
Support A/B testing initiatives and performance experiments
Monitor SEO performance and recommend improvements
Ensure content aligns with brand standards and strategic goals
Provide data-driven insights to inform editorial and campaign planning
Maintain documentation of analysis methodologies and reporting processes
Bachelors degree in Marketing, Communications, Data Analytics, Business, or related field
2–5 years of experience in content analysis, digital marketing analytics, or related roles
Strong analytical and data interpretation skills
Experience with analytics platforms (Google Analytics, Adobe Analytics, or similar tools)
Proficiency in Microsoft Excel or data visualization tools
Excellent written and verbal communication skills
Ability to translate data insights into actionable recommendations
Experience working independently in a remote environment
Experience with SEO tools (e.g., keyword research and performance tracking platforms)
Familiarity with content management systems (CMS)
Experience with A/B testing and experimentation frameworks
Knowledge of data visualization tools (Power BI, Tableau, or similar)
Background in content strategy or digital marketing
Annual Salary Range: $65,000 – $90,000 USD
