Senior Product Manager – Medical Services; m​/f​/d

Your mission:

As Senior Product Manager – Medical Services, you take full ownership of an established portfolio of digital medical services in scale mode. Your mission is to optimize, internationalize, and economically steer these services with a clear focus on performance, efficiency, and operational excellence. You work data-driven, think in KPIs, and continuously improve products that already serve real users. With your work, strong ideas become standout services — sharpened, scaled, and steered with precision.

Your responsibilities:

• Own and steer a portfolio of digital medical services across the full lifecycle — from discovery to scaling and sunset decisions
• Define product vision, roadmap, and KPIs to continuously improve conversion, retention, revenue, and NPS
• Drive experimentation and growth with A/B tests, funnel and cohort analysis, and integrated levers (CRM, SEO, marketing)
• Optimize user journeys across web and app — with strong focus on mobile performance and frictionless experience
• Lead cross-functional squads across Product, Engineering, Design, Medical, Marketing, and Operations
• Scale services internationally — localizing language, pricing, and care pathways for new markets

Your Profile:

• Several years of experience as a Senior Product Manager with strong business and growth responsibility
• Proven track record working on scaling digital products in live operations
• Excellent understanding of KPIs, funnels, experimentation, and data-driven decision-making
• Experience collaborating closely with Marketing, CRM, SEO, Engineering, and Operations
• Structured, outcome-oriented mindset with high ownership and autonomy
• Very good English skills;
  German is a plus
