Insurity’s Next Quality AnalystInsurity’s next Quality Analyst will play a key role in advancing quality across our Bureau, Underwriting & Issuance product areas. This person thrives in a hybrid QA/BA role—someone who not only ensures product quality but also understands business workflows, analyzes requirements, and collaborates closely with product, engineering, and business stakeholders. The ideal candidate is detail–oriented, curious, and excited about leveraging AI tools to streamline and accelerate day–to–day work.
WhatOur Quality Analyst Will Do
- Plan, design, and execute test plans for complex business solutions, ensuring functionality, accuracy, and compliance across multiple platforms.
- Evaluate business, functional, and non–functional requirements, analyze gaps, and ensure clarity and testability.
- Analyze and report test execution results, create detailed documentation, and champion the use of AI tools to enhance productivity.
- Analytical skills, QA mindset or strong BA capabilities, and ability to collaborate across technical and business teams.
- 2+ years of QA experience, including 1 year in the insurance industry.
- Quick Learner.
- Skills needed: backend testing (REST/SOAP), SQL, UI automation familiarity, requirement documentation expertise, and ability to leverage AI tools.
- Travel required:
0–10 %. - Knowledge of JSON, XML, SQL.

The knowledge of French is required for positions permanently located in Quebec. The English language is required for this position in order to communicate with clients, partners, and colleagues, who are strictly located outside of Québec. French-language training will be offered to candidates who do not have a good knowledge of French.
Salary Range$50,000 to $75,000 (guideline; actual salary may vary based on experience and qualifications. If your application advances, your recruiter will review these details with you during a video interview.)
