• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Systems Engineering, Information Technology, Business Administration, or a related field
• Minimum of 5 years of experience in a technical role associated with data management and leading complex projects
• Proven experience managing complex projects with multiple stakeholders and tight deadlines
• Strong technical background with expertise in system architecture, data integration, and analytics
• Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills

• Experience with healthcare data systems and analytics
• Knowledge of Med Insight, Arcadia, or similar data analysis platforms
• Familiarity with payer reports and healthcare metrics
• Experience in documenting technical specifications and system requirements
• Ability to manage multiple priorities across concurrent projects
