Technical Account Manager

• Salary up to $221,500 for work locations in the San Francisco Bay Area, Seattle, Los Angeles, and New York; up to $199,800 for all other work locations, including remote

• Serve as a dedicated technical advisor for a portfolio of strategic customers, supporting their Airtable implementations across various use cases
• Design tailored Airtable solutions by understanding customer workflows and connected systems
• Lead implementation reviews and adoption planning conversations, providing guidance on schema design and platform best practices
• Deliver ongoing technical support for customers from onboarding through product launches and escalation resolution
• Collaborate with Product, Engineering, and Support to address customer trends and unblock technical challenges

• 3 to 6 years of experience in technical account management, technical consulting, or pre‑sales solution architecture at a SaaS company
• Strong systems thinking with the ability to design structured solutions that span people, data, and workflows
• Proficient in data modeling, solution design, and cross‑platform architecture
• Experience working with APIs, webhooks, automations, and basic scripting
• Effective communication skills for guiding discussions with both technical teams and executive sponsors

• Hands‑on experience building in Airtable or supporting teams that rely on Airtable for critical workflows
