Junior Marketplace Catalog & Automation Manager (m/f/d)

• You own the day-to-day catalog operations, ensuring our products are listed quickly and accurately on all external marketplaces
• You maintain and enforce data standards to ensure high-quality product information
• You execute and monitor the entire marketplace listing process, from product creation to going live
• You build and maintain clear documentation for all catalog-related processes
• You coordinate with internal teams like PIM, Category Management, and Tech to ensure a smooth workflow
• You monitor core catalog KPIs and proactively identify and resolve any issues
• You identify opportunities to automate manual tasks and use AI to improve our catalog processes

• Completed Bachelor’s degree or vocational training, ideally with a specialization in e-commerce or a related field
• First experience in e-commerce operations, catalog management, or data management
• Excellent skills in spreadsheet software (e.g., Excel, Google Sheets), including pivots, lookups, and data cleaning
• A basic understanding of scripting languages like SQL or Python
• Experience with PIM systems and marketplace platforms (like Amazon Seller Central) is ideal
• Detail-oriented, structured, and have a proactive mindset
• Fluent in English;
  German is a plus

Your path

• Hybrid working model: you have the flexibility to work from home on Wednesdays and Fridays in our standard working mode. We are in the office together Mondays, Tuesdays and Thursdays
• The possibility to work up to two months per year within Germany or from an EU country
