This role supports the ENOCS-as-Code vision by delivering secure, standardized, and automated data exchange solutions across internal ARNG systems, external mission partners, enterprise hosting environments, and cloud platforms.

The architect is responsible for ensuring that integration mechanisms are resilient, scalable, secure, and aligned with evolving software, cybersecurity, and enterprise architecture requirements. This position plays a strategic role in modernizing ARNG’s enterprise environment and supporting mission‑critical operations across a globally distributed network.

Key Responsibilities

  • Develop secure, reliable, and reusable technical solutions for data exchange.
  • Establish and maintain IE technical standards and ensure alignment with enterprise requirements.
  • Produce and update IE documentation, including ICDs, schemas, and data flow diagrams.
  • Ensure all IE solutions comply with DoD, Army, NETCOM, and ARNG technical and security standards.
  • Coordinate architectural alignment with hosting providers and infrastructure teams.
  • Collaborate with software engineering, cybersecurity, cloud, and network teams to support end‑to‑end integration.
  • Provide expert guidance throughout the lifecycle of IE capabilities—from design through sustainment.
