Impact You'll Make in this Role- Developing and delivering against a multi-year strategy for Global Logistics solutions (GTM, TMS, WMS) and managing project timelines that captures all work streams required to launch GTM, TMS, WMS, and ERP changes to support global logistics business processes.
- Conducting analytical assessments of the current supply chain processes, systems, and operations, with a particular focus on optimization to identify opportunities for improvement, simplification, standardization, and scalability.
- Coordinating team efforts (internal & external), communications to senior leadership, and setting clear prioritization and objectives, collaborating with cross-functional teams to gather and analyze business requirements, and obtaining buy-in from internal and external stakeholders for systems design (covering people, process, and technology).
- Producing functional specification documents with technical details to direct development efforts and facilitate knowledge transfer between business and IT partners. Overseeing system testing, debugging, and troubleshooting to ensure the quality of the implemented solution.
To set you up for success in this role from day one, Solventum requires (at a minimum) the following qualifications:
- Bachelor's Degree or higher (completed and verified prior to start) AND eight (8) years of Global Logistics, Supply Chain, and/or ERP deployment experience
OR
- High School Diploma/GED and twelve (12) years of Global Logistics, Supply Chain, and/or ERP deployment experience
Additional qualifications that could help you succeed even further in this role include:
- Master's degree in Supply Chain, Business Administration, or IT from an accredited institution
- Experience in Project Management and leading cross functional teams
- Working knowledge of global trade management solutions, transportation management solutions, warehouse management solutions, and ERP systems (preferably SAP 9.6 TM, EWM, and ECC and S4
HANA). - Analytical abilities
- Proven track record as a self-starter and independent worker
- Working knowledge of data systems, design, and data technologies and the ability to communicate technical concepts and quantitative analysis in a clear, precise, and actionable manner to non-technical audiences.
- Problem solving, critical thinking and analytical skills; ability to root-cause problems and quickly articulate creative, practical solutions.
- Verbal/written communications skills; strong presentation and negotiation/conflict resolution skills
- Project Leadership
- Effective change leadership, collaboration, and communication skills with peers and branch personnel and Sr. Leaders.
