We are seeking a highly skilled Technical Program Manager to lead and oversee the successful execution of complex technology projects within our agile-driven organization. The ideal candidate will possess a unique blend of technical expertise, program management prowess, and leadership skills to drive projects from inception to completion. This role requires a deep understanding of software development life cycles, agile methodologies, and a passion for delivering cutting-edge solutions.

• Project Planning and Execution: Define project scope, goals, and deliverables in an agile environment. Develop project plans, including sprint plans and release schedules, using Jira as the primary project management tool. Ensure projects are delivered on time, within budget, and to high quality standards while adhering to agile principles. Manage project risks, issues, and dependencies, and track progress in Jira.
• Technical Leadership: Provide technical guidance and support to project teams, ensuring alignment with architectural principles and best practices within an agile framework. Facilitate technical discussions and decision-making, resolve conflicts, and drive consensus in sprint planning and review meetings. Stay informed about emerging technologies to inform project strategies and optimize Jira utilization.
• Communication and Stakeholder Management: Maintain transparent communication with project stakeholders, providing regular updates on progress, risks, and issues through Jira dashboards and reports. Build strong relationships with internal and external stakeholders, manage expectations, and ensure satisfaction with the agile process and Jira transparency. Prepare and present project reports to senior management using Jira data for informed decision-making.
• Team Management: Lead and motivate project teams, foster a collaborative and high-performing agile environment. Mentor and coach team members on agile principles and Jira best practices. Manage project resources, ensuring optimal utilization and productivity while adhering to agile resource allocation.
• Process Improvement: Continuously evaluate and refine agile project management processes, identifying opportunities for improvement within the Jira framework. Contribute to the development and implementation of project management best practices and Jira customizations to enhance team efficiency.

• Bachelor's degree.
• Multiple years of experience in technical program/project management, preferably in the technology industry with a strong focus on agile methodologies.
• Proven track record of delivering complex software development projects using Jira and agile principles.
• Strong understanding of software development methodologies (Agile, Scrum, Kanban) and their practical application in Jira.
• Excellent technical acumen with a deep understanding of software development technologies and tools, including Jira and its integrations.
• Exceptional communication, interpersonal, and leadership skills to foster collaboration in an agile environment.
• Strong analytical, problem-solving, and decision-making abilities to navigate complex project challenges.
