• Participate in shaping compliance strategy, focusing on AI and GDPR, alongside the VP Legal & DPO
• Drive EMEA contract negotiations under the mentorship of the EMEA Senior Legal Counsel
• Act as the primary legal contact for clients’ privacy and AI inquiries, ensuring consistency across teams
• Lead the implementation of AI Act and Data Act requirements within internal processes and documentation
• Provide legal guidance on data protection and AI compliance issues to various teams

• 3 to 4 years of experience as a Legal Counsel within a tech company or large corporation’s procurement/IT legal division
• Proven track record in Data Privacy within a digital context, familiar with GDPR
• Experience reviewing and negotiating IT/SaaS contracts
• Background in vendor/procurement legal reviews for large-scale digital projects is a plus
• Fluent in English (US/UK) with B2 level or equivalent in French; knowledge of German or Spanish is a plus

• Professional certifications such as CIPP/E, CIPM (IAPP), or specialized AI/Data Ethics certifications
• Experience in a BtoB environment
• Strong interest in emerging regulations like the AI Act and Data Act
• Ability to work collaboratively with technical teams and security experts
