- Lead the delivery of new capabilities and enhancements across the Credit AMTF Train and support Collections as needed
- Manage diverse stakeholder expectations and prioritize input from various teams
- Facilitate PI Planning sessions to set goals and communicate timelines to leadership
- Collaborate with key stakeholders on project impacts and dependencies
- Resolve roadblocks and ensure teams are on schedule for committed changes
- Bachelor's degree in MIS, Computer Science, Finance, Economics, Data Science, or a related field, with 5+ years of relevant experience in consumer/commercial credit management; or 8+ years of relevant experience in lieu of a degree
- 3+ years of experience with credit decisioning platforms and Decision Engines
- 3+ years of Agile Product Owner/Manager experience
- 3+ years of project management experience with a focus on detail and data integrity
- Ability and flexibility to travel for business as required
- 7+ years of experience in the financial services industry
- Experience operating at a strategic level within a cross-functional team
- Familiarity with consumer and commercial lending products
- Strong investigative mindset for data analysis and business reporting
- 2+ years of programming experience in SAS, SQL, or Python
