The Lead Application & Product Architect - Solution Architect role is a full-time hybrid position based in Coppell, TX, with flexibility for partial work-from-home arrangements. The primary responsibility is to design, develop, and oversee innovative software solutions and system architectures. The role involves collaborating with cross‑functional teams to align product management and development strategies, prioritize workflows, and ensure scalable and efficient technology solutions.
The architect will also evaluate and recommend tools to optimize solution architecture while addressing technical and business requirements.
- Proven experience in Software Development and Product Development, with a strong understanding of programming methodologies and tools.
- Expertise in System Architecture and Solution Architecture, with the ability to design scalable, efficient, and innovative systems to meet business needs.
- Skills in Product Management, including roadmap planning, requirement gathering, and stakeholder engagement.
- Strong analytical, problem‑solving, and decision‑making capabilities to address complex challenges.
- Excellent collaboration and communication skills to work effectively within cross‑functional teams.
- Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field is preferred.
- Experience in the financial services or compliance industry is a plus.
