• Manage day-to-day Salesforce administration, including user setup, profiles, permissions, roles, and workflows
• Evaluate and implement App Exchange solutions and third-party integrations
• Maintain system documentation and create training materials for end-users
• Perform regular data audits and cleanup activities to ensure database health
• Create and maintain custom objects, fields, and page layouts as needed

• Bachelor’s degree from an accredited institution
• 5-7+ years of Salesforce Lightning Administration experience in a mid-to-large organization
• Salesforce Certified with a thorough knowledge of the Salesforce platform and its core functionalities
• Strong understanding of CRM strategy, data models, and revenue processes
• Outstanding written and verbal communication skills to effectively interact with users at all levels

• Experience supporting multiple Salesforce clouds (e.g., Sales Cloud, Service Cloud)
• Familiarity with Salesforce Development concepts and Apex, alongside low-code solutions
• Knowledge of the Quote-to-Cash process within a sales organization, particularly with Salesforce’s CPQ solution
• Proven ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously while meeting deadlines
• Experience working in an agile environment with small teams of administrators
