• Collaborate with Enterprise customers to understand their business needs and data replication requirements
• Work cross-functionally with internal teams to develop and maintain an account ownership plan
• Deliver technical presentations to Enterprise audiences to demonstrate product value
• Manage the proof-of-value process to ensure technical success in sales engagements
• Build and maintain relationships with key Enterprise customers and partners

• Minimum of 5 years in data replication, sales engineering, or a related technical field
• Proven ability to work cross-functionally to support large enterprise customers
• Strong technical knowledge of database replication, cloud infrastructure, and data replication technologies
• Experience with modern data analytics technologies, including cloud data warehouses and BI tools
• Excellent communication and presentation skills to convey complex technical concepts

• Experience with Oracle, SQL Server, and SAP databases
• Hands-on experience with other data replication or ETL tools
• Familiarity with self-hosted software applications and supporting infrastructure
• Networking experience in both cloud and on-premise environments
