Position: Technical Account Manager, EMEA (Spanish Speaking)

What to Expect (Job Responsibilities)
  • Manage enterprise onboarding and customer integrations, ensuring timely and successful product launches
  • Collaborate with internal teams to translate customer goals into actionable technical setups
  • Provide technical guidance and manage timelines for product adoption and business transformation strategies
  • Develop best practices and documentation based on customer engagement insights
  • Advocate for customers internally and drive improvements in the customer experience
What is Required (Qualifications)
  • Fluency in Spanish
  • Strong technical acumen with experience in enterprise IAM and SIEM solutions
  • Familiarity with integration solutions in Python and knowledge of APIs and databases
  • Experience in translating business goals into technical solutions
  • BA/BS/Undergraduate degree required
How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications)
  • 5+ years of Technical Account Management or Sales Engineering experience in a customer-facing role
  • Familiarity with Software as a Service (SaaS) solutions
  • Hands-on experience with programming/scripting languages and their usage with APIs
  • Cybersecurity and account takeover prevention experience is a plus
