Description
SummaryThe Lead GRC System Developer assists the GRC System Manager with the day to day managing of GRC support tickets as well as planning the strategic direction of the main GRC platform as it relates to other risk-related technology platforms in use. This role will be responsible for developing efficiencies within the GRC platform utilizing internal and external technologies and being a liaison between the GRC Developers and other technology teams.
The role would also indirectly lead other GRC Developers by leading team meetings, reviewing developer work, and providing them direction on platform standards while ensuring team documentation is up to date.
- Create efficiencies by utilizing internal and external tools to create integrations between the various platforms utilized by the risk organization, along with liaising between the GRC Team and other technology teams to ensure data and integration strategies are aligned.
- Work with GRC System Manager to drive strategy of the GRC platforms(s), including meeting with internal stakeholders, as well as vendor contacts, to make connections between what is needed internally and what the GRC vendor offers.
- Manage day to day tasks of GRC Developers and Sr. GRC Developers, including reviewing their work and providing correction/guidance per GRC Team standards.
- Ensure GRC team documentation is up to date and team communication plan is implemented on a consistent basis.
- Performs other duties as assigned.
- Bachelor’s Degree
- 7 years of relevant experience
- Archer Expert
- General Risk Management or IT certifications (CRISC, CGEIT)
- Archer GRC administration, knowledge of other GRC platforms (Audit Board, Service Now), coding and querying (SQL, Python, C#, C++), Microsoft Office (particularly Excel), user design (UX) and stakeholder requirement gathering, project management (particularly around IT system releases)
Exempt Status: (Yes = not eligible for overtime pay) (No = eligible for overtime pay)
