OverviewWe are seeking a Solution Advisor to join our Supply Chain Advisory team, supporting continued growth across Pharmaceuticals and Medtech manufacturers, wholesalers, and distributors
. In this role, you support enterprise sales and early delivery of AI-enabled supply chain planning solutions. You contribute to discovery, solution design, analytics, and demonstrations—helping customers envision new ways of planning and decision-making. This role is focused on building strong foundations in value storytelling, data‑driven analysis, and post‑sale continuity, while working closely with Senior and Principal Solution Advisors. The role provides early exposure to life sciences‑specific planning considerations such as shelf‑life constraints, regulated production environments, batch‑based manufacturing, and complex supplier networks—without requiring deep regulatory specialization.
you’ll do
- Support customer discovery and design activities by documenting current‑state processes and contributing insights across demand, supply, inventory, IBP, production planning & scheduling, and supplier collaboration.
- Support discovery discussions by helping document life sciences‑specific planning constraints, including shelf‑life/expiry, batch sizing, capacity qualification, and regulated change impacts.
- Translate customer business challenges into analytical insights and draft value hypotheses under guidance from Senior or Principal Solution Advisors.
- Assist in analyzing demand and supply scenarios that reflect pharmaceutical and medtech variability, such as clinical vs commercial demand, launch ramps, allocation constraints, and service‑critical products.
- Prepare and deliver components of outcome‑focused demonstrations and Proofs of Concept, showcasing AI‑driven planning, scenarios, and decision support using business stories and data.
- Contribute to solution demos and PoCs that illustrate how planning decisions account for expiry risk, constrained supply, and supplier dependencies.
- Assist with value and impact analysis by linking configuration choices to operational KPIs and financial outcomes.
- Maintain working knowledge of AI‑enabled supply chain trends, Blue Yonder capabilities, and competitive context.
- Provide continuity from sale to delivery by supporting solution intent documentation and assisting in blueprinting sessions.
- Identify risks to solution intent or adoption (data gaps, scope drift, change impacts) and elevate to Senior or Principal advisors.
- Support customers in operationalizing solutions by aligning planning processes, governance, and workflows with recommended practices.
- Build trusted working relationships with customers and internal teams by delivering high‑quality work and supporting successful adoption.
- Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Supply Chain Management, Business, or a related field.
- 5 years of professional experience in supply chain planning, analytics, consulting, or solution advisory roles.
- Hands‑on exposure to one or more planning areas (demand, supply, inventory, IBP/SoP) with the ability to explain basic trade‑offs.
- Comfort working with data, analytics, and AI‑enabled planning concepts to frame problems and support decisions.
- Ability to support discovery and blueprinting activities and run defined sections of workshops with coaching.
- Exposure to and/or interest in life sciences supply chain environments (Pharma or Medtech), including concepts such as shelf‑life management, batch manufacturing, contract manufacturing, or regulated operations.
- Strong communication skills and willingness to learn through collaboration with Senior and Principal advisors.
- Customer‑oriented mindset with interest in staying engaged beyond the sale to support adoption and value realization.
