• Design and write prompts for various AI applications, including content generation and customer service chatbots
• Analyze and optimize AI performance by evaluating outputs and making necessary updates
• Collaborate with data scientists, developers, and stakeholders to integrate AI solutions
• Develop prompt libraries and guidelines to serve as resources for others
• Conduct research to stay current with best practices in the evolving AI field

• A degree in a related field, such as computer science or computational linguistics, is often preferred
• Experience with AI models, prompt engineering, or a related technical field is beneficial
• Familiarity with AI evaluation techniques, bias and ethics in AI, and knowledge of large language models (LLMs)
• Strong language and critical thinking skills
• This is a remote position

• Previous experience in AI program analysis or related roles
• Proficiency in programming languages relevant to AI development
• Knowledge of industry trends and advancements in AI technology
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills to train users effectively
