• Design and develop custom solutions within Salesforce Health Cloud
• Configure objects, flows, validation rules, and automation
• Develop Apex classes, triggers, Lightning Web Components, and integrations
• Support enhancements, defect resolution, and release deployments
• Collaborate with clients and project managers to translate requirements into scalable solutions

• 5–8+ years of Salesforce development experience
• Salesforce Platform Developer I certification required; additional certifications a plus
• Hands-on experience with Salesforce Health Cloud preferred
• Strong knowledge of Apex, Lightning Web Components, Flows, and integrations
• Experience supporting CRM enhancement and support models

• Understanding of regulated enterprise environments preferred
• Experience in the life sciences industry is a plus
