What to Expect (Job Responsibilities)- Drive projects impacting ERP, Salesforce, and compensation systems, coordinating with external and internal teams.
- Employ standard project management practices to ensure timely project execution and stakeholder accountability.
- Spearhead the implementation of new software tools, including requirements gathering and testing.
- Oversee and manage User Acceptance Testing (UAT), including script creation and results documentation.
- Collaborate closely with Accounting, Business Operations, and US Finance functions to prioritize customer success.
- 7+ years of professional work experience, with 4+ years in project management or operations role.
- Familiarity with finance processes and systems, with strong analytical and problem‑solving skills.
- Experience supporting Compensation teams and accounting/finance systems.
- Demonstrated understanding of established project management practices and tools.
- Excellent communication skills and a detail‑oriented, positive disposition.
- PMP or Agile certification, or similar formal project management training.
- Prior knowledge and experience in implementing Vertex and/or Treasury Management Systems (TMS).
- Intermediate Excel skills.
- Experience with Netsuite and Salesforce.
