• Serve as the primary owner of the global Jira environment, ensuring consistency across regional squads
• Drive the execution of operations automation strategy, evolving internal tooling to reduce administrative burden
• Lead global analytics initiatives by creating templates and frameworks for tracking program health
• Champion agile procedures and support Project Managers in optimizing their workflows
• Establish a self-service analytics framework to forecast capacity and detect hidden risks

• 5+ years of professional experience in Program Management, Technical Program Management, or Agile Operations
• Demonstrated technical expertise in Jira configuration, including schemas, workflows, and automation
• Strong background in Agile methodologies (Scrum, Kanban) with coaching capabilities
• Data literacy to define analytics frameworks and design meaningful metrics
• Experience driving the adoption of new workflows and tools across teams

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience in Business Administration, Computer Science, Engineering, Information Systems, or a related field
• Experience working with creative or merchandising teams in a product launch environment
• A systems thinking perspective for solving problems by connecting disparate teams
