• Collaborate with Global Payroll sellers to develop and implement sales strategies for Remote's Global Payroll solution
• Act as a subject matter expert on Global Payroll, providing guidance and updates on industry developments
• Present tailored demonstrations and proposals to effectively communicate the value of Remote’s Global Payroll
• Develop sales materials and playbooks to enhance the quality of sales related to Global Payroll
• Translate customer business needs into actionable scopes of work for successful implementation

• Minimum of 5 years of related experience with a Bachelor’s degree; or 3 years with a Master’s degree
• Proven experience in pre-sales solution consulting or relevant consulting roles
• Strong understanding of global payroll processes, distributed workforce solutions, and international HRIS
• Excellent communication skills, with the ability to simplify complex concepts
• Strong technical aptitude and ability to quickly learn software solutions

• Relevant certifications in payroll (e.g., CIPP, CIPM or EMEA equivalent)
• Familiarity with payroll accounting software (e.g., Xero, Quick Books)
• Fluency in German or French in addition to English
• Experience working remotely
