** The Multi-Asset Class Trading Solutions Engineer plays a critical role in shaping Sim Corp’s go-to-market, sales, and marketing initiatives to support revenue growth and expand Sim Corp’s presence across the Americas. With a focus on Multi-Asset Class Trading, this role helps articulate the value of Sim Corp One to both prospective and existing clients.

Collaborate with sales teams to identify opportunities for upselling and cross-selling, while ensuring that solutions are tailored to client requirements.

Ensure effective and detailed knowledge transfer from the sales process to the implementation team following contract execution.

Provide input to the product team on market trends and evolving client requirements. Mentor and support junior Solution Engineers, sharing expertise and developing their capabilities within the Solution Engineering team.
12+ years’ experience within the Financial Services Industry with exposure to the front office functions across the Buyside.

Strong knowledge of Buy Side Trading technologies, workflows and competitive solutions including EMS (Execution Management Systems), OMS (Order Management Systems, TCA (Transaction Cost Analysis) and, PMS (Portfolio Management System) is a must.

Knowledge and expertise around Risk Analytics, Portfolio Optimization and Portfolio Attribution is desirable. Practical experience with Sim Corp One, particularly as it relates to front office workflows, is highly desirable.

Experience across a broad range of Public & Private Asset classes (e.g., fixed income, equities, derivatives) with a specific focus on Trading and a secondary focus around Portfolio Management and Compliance .Excellent presentation and communication skills, both written and verbal. Proven relationship builders with strong interpersonal skills, both in client-facing engagements and cross-functional collaboration.
