• Gather, synthesize, and organize complex technical information into clear content
• Write, edit, review, and publish technical documentation tailored to audience needs
• Develop release note documentation for product releases
• Collaborate with internal stakeholders to create and validate technical deliverables
• Identify opportunities for process enhancements and improvements in customer experience

• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent work experience
• Minimum of 2 years of technical writing experience
• At least 2 years of proven proficiency using Microsoft Office Suite
• Strong writing, communication, and research skills
• Ability to manage priorities and workload independently

• Bachelor’s degree in Technical Communication, English, Communication, or related field
• Membership in the Society for Technical Communication or similar professional association
• Experience with release-note documentation and familiarity with agile/scrum processes
• Knowledge of SDLC teams and experience producing software releases
• Familiarity with Atlassian JIRA
