• Develop strategies to implement Qualtrics platforms and product features to maximize investment value
• Manage complex data integrations, ensuring seamless connectivity with systems like Salesforce

• Provide client consultation and support to ensure successful project delivery and long-term program ownership
• Test and validate survey logic, data flows, and integrations, troubleshooting any platform issues

• 10+ years of experience leading complex technical programs, ideally in a services company or SaaS environment
• Bachelor's degree in Experience Design, Engineering, Information Systems, or equivalent experience
• Proficiency in Qualtrics modules and experience with APIs, JavaScript, and other technical tools
• Strong communication skills to explain technical details to non-technical stakeholders
• Proven project management and client relationship skills

• Experience with survey platforms in enterprise implementations
• Familiarity with data integrations, automation, and analytics tools
• Knowledge of strategic thinking and alignment of technology with business outcomes
