Delivery Lead​/Project Manager

Delivery Lead / Project Manager Belfast | Hybrid MPA are partnering with an elite tech firm expanding their Belfast presence to hire a Delivery Lead / Project Manager to drive complex, client-facing technology projects from end to end. This is a leadership role for someone who can independently run multiple technical programmes, manage senior stakeholders, and ensure high-quality delivery across cloud and enterprise systems.

The Role Youll act as the primary point of accountability for client delivery leading cross-functional engineering teams while maintaining strong, trusted relationships with stakeholders. This is not a coordination-only PM role. Youll need strong technical fluency and the confidence to operate in complex, fast-moving environments.

Key Responsibilities Lead end-to-end delivery of complex technology projects Manage cross-functional teams (engineering, data, design, vendors) Own client communication, stakeholder alignment, and expectation management Facilitate discovery workshops, sprint planning, and milestone reviews Proactively manage risks, dependencies, and delivery challenges Ensure quality, compliance, and delivery standards are met Contribute to improving internal delivery frameworks and best practices Required Experience 5+ years in Project Management or Delivery Leadership within tech or consulting environments Proven experience delivering complex, multi-stakeholder technology projects Strong client-facing experience with senior-level stakeholders Solid understanding of modern technology ecosystems, system integration, and cloud-based delivery Strong risk management and planning capability Experience working within Agile, Scrum, or hybrid methodologies Strongly

Preferred Experience delivering cloud, AI/ML, or data-intensive platforms Exposure to financial services, payments, or regulated environments Experience contributing to delivery standards or governance frameworks Relevant PM or Agile certifications Why Consider This Role?
