Position Summary
Guidacent is seeking an experienced Project Manager to lead complex Service Now implementation and migration initiatives for our enterprise clients. The ideal candidate has a deep understanding of Service Now platforms, proven experience delivering enterprise-scale projects, and excels at managing cross-functional teams and stakeholders in a fast-paced, client-facing environment.
Key Responsibilities- Lead the end-to-end project lifecycle for Service Now implementations or migrations, including scoping, planning, execution, risk management, and delivery.
- Develop and maintain comprehensive project plans, timelines, and resource allocations.
- Act as the primary point of contact between client stakeholders, technical teams, and vendors.
- Drive project governance activities including status reporting, budget tracking, and change management.
- Facilitate workshops, stakeholder meetings, and requirement gathering sessions.
- Ensure alignment of Service Now solutions with business objectives and operational readiness.
- Identify project risks, develop mitigation strategies, and resolve issues as they arise.
- Monitor KPIs and success metrics to ensure delivery of expected business outcomes.
- 8 years of experience in project management with a strong track record of delivering enterprise technology projects on time and within budget.
- 3 years specifically managing Service Now implementation or migration projects
, including ITSM, ITOM, HRSD, or custom applications. - Strong understanding of ITIL processes and how they align with Service Now capabilities.
- Exceptional communication, leadership, and stakeholder management skills.
- Experience working in a consulting or client-facing environment.
- Ability to work independently and thrive in a remote, collaborative team setting.
- PMP, CSM, or equivalent project management certification preferred.
- Service Now certifications (e.g., Service Now Certified System Administrator, Implementation Specialist)
- Experience in Agile or hybrid project delivery frameworks.
- Previous experience supporting clients in healthcare, retail, or logistics sectors.
- Work with experiences consultants on meaningful, high-visibility and high-impact projects.
