Technical Desk Analyst , Tier 1 Remote - NM,TX or, AZ

• Provide first-level technical support for hardware and software issues, including Microsoft Office and customer-specific applications
• Support multiple clients by identifying and documenting customer issues accurately
• Escalate unresolved tickets to appropriate internal teams as necessary
• Assign ticket urgency and impact in accordance with ITIL best practices
• Assist healthcare professionals with Electronic Health Record (EHR) usability

• High School diploma or GED (or equivalent experience)
• Must have a hard-wired connection to the router
• Previous experience in a customer service or technical support role
• Basic knowledge of PC operations and desktop applications
• Strong verbal and written communication skills

• CompTIA A+ certification
• Experience working with Electronic Health Record (EHR) systems
• Familiarity with medical terminology
