Principal Business Intelligence Analyst - Member Service Operations

• Analyze complex data and investigate unexpected changes by identifying trends and root causes.
• Transform insights into actionable recommendations for strategic adjustments and workflow improvements.
• Design and communicate KPIs for Member Service Operations teams to facilitate real-time performance adjustments.
• Advocate for data governance while simplifying metric definitions and reporting tools in Looker.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to define requirements for data warehousing systems.

• Minimum of 5 years of experience writing advanced SQL and developing metrics in a BI tool (preferably Looker).
• At least 3 years of experience in healthcare, call center operations, or workforce management.
• Proven ability to thrive in a fast-paced startup environment.
• Strong understanding of various technologies and willingness to learn new tools.
• Excellent communication skills, capable of explaining technical concepts to both technical and non-technical audiences.

• 3+ years of experience in management consulting, product management, or a strategic role translating technical problems for executive-level audiences.
• Experience working with customer interactions data within a Medicare Advantage plan.
