Senior Full Stack Developer

We are seeking a highly skilled Senior Full Stack Developer to play a key role in the modernization of Life Net
, our enterprise life insurance platform. This individual will help lead the transformation of a legacy Windows-based Point-of-Sale (POS) and policy maintenance system into a scalable, cloud-native architecture powered by React, .NET 8 microservices, and Microsoft Azure
.

This is a hands-on senior engineering role with strong influence over architecture, technical direction, and modernization strategy.

• Lead migration from legacy .NET Framework to modern .NET 8 microservices architecture
• Apply modernization patterns such as Strangler Fig and domain-driven decomposition
• Design scalable, resilient, and secure distributed systems
• Develop enterprise-grade UI using React 18+ and Type Script
• Build reusable, accessible, and responsive components
• Integrate frontend applications with RESTful APIs
• Build and maintain microservices supporting:
• Policy Management
• Client Management
• Agent Management
• Document Management
• Design RESTful APIs and apply patterns such as CQRS, Event Sourcing, and API Gateway
• Implement dynamic business workflows using Microsoft Rules Engine
• Deploy and manage services on Microsoft Azure
• Containerize applications with Docker
• Build CI/CD pipelines using Git Hub Actions
• Implement Infrastructure as Code (Terraform or ARM)
• Ensure observability via Application Insights and Azure Monitor
• Integrate with third-party services (Exam One, Docu Sign, MIB, and calculation engines)
• Ensure compliance with insurance regulatory standards and data security best practices (HIPAA, SOC
  2)
• Collaborate with business stakeholders to translate complex requirements into scalable solutions
• Mentor junior engineers and conduct code reviews
• Contribute to technical standards and engineering best practices
• Partner with business analysts, underwriters, and product teams

Frontend

• 5+ years of experience with React (React 18+ preferred)
• Strong proficiency in Type Script
• Experience with modern state management (Redux Toolkit, React Query)
• Experience with enterprise component libraries (Material-UI, Ant Design)
• Responsive design and accessibility (WCAG standards)
• Experience with modern CSS frameworks (Tailwind CSS preferred)
• 7+ years of .NET development experience
• Strong expertise in .NET 8 / ASP.NET Core Web API
• Entity Framework Core
• Microservices architecture and distributed systems design
• Experience with rule engines (Microsoft Rules Engine or similar)
• 3+ years of hands-on experience with Microsoft Azure
• CI/CD (Git Hub Actions or Azure Dev Ops)
• Infrastructure as Code (Terraform or ARM)

Database

• Experience with No
