Epic Application Analyst – Cheers

• Act as the primary support contact for end users of the Epic Cheers application
• Identify, troubleshoot, and resolve issues impacting Cheers and integrated applications
• Guide and develop workflows, including design, build, and system testing
• Collaborate with organizational stakeholders to ensure system functionality meets business needs
• Assist with end-user training initiatives and document workflows and change requests

• Epic Cheers Certification
• 3+ years of experience in an IT-related role, or a Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, Healthcare IT, or a related field
• Strong technical understanding of EHR systems
• Experience with workflow design, system build, testing, and troubleshooting
• Excellent communication, documentation, and stakeholder engagement skills

• Epic Hello World Badge
• Experience supporting cross-module workflows
• Background in healthcare operations or clinical systems
