Job Description
An employer is looking for a Remote Salesforce Practice Lead to lead complex Agentforce and Data Cloud engagements end-to-end.
Responsibilities include:
- Lead enterprise AI strategy conversations
- Architect multi-cloud Salesforce solutions
- Oversee delivery teams
- Own executive stakeholder management
- Build and scale an Agentforce/Data Cloud practice

- 5+ years in Salesforce consulting or enterprise architecture
- Led multiple complex Service Cloud implementations
- Hands‑on experience delivering Agentforce in production
- Deep experience with Data Cloud architecture and activation
- Managed enterprise clients in the US market
- Experience leading small to mid‑sized delivery teams
- Experience in SaaS, TMT, fintech, or manufacturing
- Experience integrating Mule Soft or external data platforms
- Experience with Voice AI or AWS Connect
